Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM184A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,153 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM184A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL11B, ALMS1, and ZFP64. Each is linked with FAM184A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM184A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM184A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCL11B grouped by FAM184A-low versus FAM184A-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM184A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM184A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
