Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM183DP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM183DP expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM183DP is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, FAM183DP RNA expression shows 7,640 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight UCEC, KIRC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where FAM183DP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
