The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher FAM170B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM170B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and UCEC are the cancer types where FAM170B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
