FAM168A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM168A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,937 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM168A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCHSD2, RNF169, and PHF21A. Each is linked with FAM168A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM168A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM168A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM168A versus FCHSD2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM168A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM168A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
