Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM160B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM160B2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher FAM160B2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM160B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where FAM160B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
