Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM160B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM160B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, Adherens junction assembly, and Protein poly-ADP-ribosylation. Each is linked with FAM160B2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM160B2-to-partner and partner-to-FAM160B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
