Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM160A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,484 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM160A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF185, NIBAN2, and PPL. Each is linked with FAM160A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM160A1-to-partner and partner-to-FAM160A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM160A1 versus ZNF185 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM160A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM160A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
