Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM155A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,371 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM155A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA2D1, NBEA, and AKT3. Each is linked with FAM155A in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM155A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM155A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM155A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM155A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
