The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FAM151A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM151A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where FAM151A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
