Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM151A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,430 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM151A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT11, MROH7, and ERICH6B. Each is linked with FAM151A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM151A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM151A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM151A versus ACOT11 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.10.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM151A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM151A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
