The most reproducible FAM151A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of synapse maturation, Cellular response to alcohol, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with FAM151A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM151A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM151A results are reported.
