Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM149B1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,607 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM149B1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-end processing, Transport along microtubule, and Glycosylation. Each is linked with FAM149B1P1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM149B1P1-to-partner and partner-to-FAM149B1P1 results are reported.
