Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM133FP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM133FP expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM133FP is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, FAM133FP RNA expression shows 11,237 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight DLBC, KICH, and GBM as cancer lineages where FAM133FP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
