The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FAM133B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM133B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and COAD are the cancer types where FAM133B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
