The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAM133B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM133B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and PDAC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where FAM133B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
