Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM126A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,955 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM126A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, Negative regulation of cilium assembly, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with FAM126A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM126A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM126A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation grouped by FAM126A-low versus FAM126A-high in BREAST.
