Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM124A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM124A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-858P, BCYRN1, and MIR7974. Each is linked with FAM124A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM124A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM124A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-858P grouped by FAM124A-low versus FAM124A-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM124A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM124A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
