Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM111B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,650 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM111B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA covalent cross-linking repair, Positive regulation of chromosome segregation, and Regulation of mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with FAM111B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM111B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM111B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
