Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM110D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM110D data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAM110D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM110D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where FAM110D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
