The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher FAM110D mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM110D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
LSCC and HNSC are the cancer types where FAM110D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
