The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher FAM107A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM107A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where FAM107A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
