Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM102B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,920 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM102B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Mitotic spindle organization, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with FAM102B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM102B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM102B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic nuclear division grouped by FAM102B-low versus FAM102B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
