FALEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FALEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,808 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FALEC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, LIG3, and ADAR. Each is linked with FALEC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FALEC-to-partner and partner-to-FALEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FALEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→FALEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
