Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with FAIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAIM2-to-partner and partner-to-FAIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by FAIM2-low versus FAIM2-high in UCEC.
