FAIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNCX, C10orf53, and OR10G7. Each is linked with FAIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAIM2-to-partner and partner-to-FAIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNCX grouped by FAIM2-low versus FAIM2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
