FAIM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAIM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNU6-222P, and MIR6508. Each is linked with FAIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAIM-to-partner and partner-to-FAIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by FAIM-low versus FAIM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
