Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAIM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,881 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAIM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of mitotic spindle checkpoint. Each is linked with FAIM in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAIM-to-partner and partner-to-FAIM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion grouped by FAIM-low versus FAIM-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
