Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAHD2B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAHD2B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAHD2B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAHD2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where FAHD2B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
