FAHD2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAHD2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAHD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD4, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with FAHD2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAHD2A-to-partner and partner-to-FAHD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRD4 grouped by FAHD2A-low versus FAHD2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAHD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAHD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
