FAHD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,882 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VNN2, HAGH, and AQP9. Each is linked with FAHD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAHD1-to-partner and partner-to-FAHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAHD1 versus VNN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
