Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,046 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAHD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, CAMP/PKA signal transduction, and Cellular detoxification of methylglyoxal. Each is linked with FAHD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAHD1-to-partner and partner-to-FAHD1 results are reported.
