FAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2P1, RNU6-492P, and ZDHHC5. Each is linked with FAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAH-to-partner and partner-to-FAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EZH2P1 grouped by FAH-low versus FAH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
