FAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAF12, NASP, and PAF1. Each is linked with FAF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAF1-to-partner and partner-to-FAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
