FAF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,393 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDC1, GPSM2, and CDKN2C. Each is linked with FAF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAF1-to-partner and partner-to-FAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
