FADS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCE1P1, RN7SL764P, and RNA5SP455. Each is linked with FADS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS6-to-partner and partner-to-FADS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLCE1P1 grouped by FADS6-low versus FADS6-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
