FADS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm, MPP, and Neurons. Each is linked with FADS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS6-to-partner and partner-to-FADS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by FADS6-low versus FADS6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
