FADS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FADS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,152 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENOV, USH1G, and MS4A15. Each is linked with FADS6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS6-to-partner and partner-to-FADS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FADS6 versus SELENOV in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
