FADS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, 4E-BP1_pT70, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with FADS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS2-to-partner and partner-to-FADS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by FADS2-low versus FADS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
