FADS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FADS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,282 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADS1, LIMD2, and SALL2. Each is linked with FADS2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS2-to-partner and partner-to-FADS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FADS2 versus FADS1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
