FADS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FADS2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,755 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD18, ZBED4, and RHBDL1. Each is linked with FADS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS2-to-partner and partner-to-FADS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD18 grouped by FADS2-low versus FADS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
