FADS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 407 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY2, TRAJ27, and RNA5SP367. Each is linked with FADS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS1-to-partner and partner-to-FADS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY2 grouped by FADS1-low versus FADS1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
