Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Rad50, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with FADS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS1-to-partner and partner-to-FADS1 results are reported.
