FADS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FADS1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,081 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL9A2, SREBF1, and SLC18A1. Each is linked with FADS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS1-to-partner and partner-to-FADS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL9A2 grouped by FADS1-low versus FADS1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
