FADD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, Regulation of metaphase plate congression, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with FADD in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADD-to-partner and partner-to-FADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence grouped by FADD-low versus FADD-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
