FADD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC140, RNA5SP375, and RPL17P49. Each is linked with FADD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADD-to-partner and partner-to-FADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC140 grouped by FADD-low versus FADD-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
