FABP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,570 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB8, PSTPIP1, and SP110_S380. Each is linked with FABP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP9-to-partner and partner-to-FABP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
