Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP5P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,068 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FABP5P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Methylation, and Obsolete ncRNA transcription. Each is linked with FABP5P8 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP5P8-to-partner and partner-to-FABP5P8 results are reported.
