The most reproducible FABP5P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of binding, Obsolete cellular response to extracellular stimulus, and Negative regulation of protein localization. Each is linked with FABP5P5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP5P5-to-partner and partner-to-FABP5P5 results are reported.
