The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FABP5P3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FABP5P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
STAD, DLBC, and UCEC are the cancer types where FABP5P3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
