Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP5P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,122 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FABP5P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome assembly, Mitochondrial transport, and Cytoplasmic sequestering of NF-kappaB. Each is linked with FABP5P3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP5P3-to-partner and partner-to-FABP5P3 results are reported.
